For years, I worked 1:1 with women in my lash studio, creating soft, natural beauty that highlighted who they already were.
My work has always been about helping women feel more like themselves.

Hi, I’m Isabel 🤍
Wellness Coach & Natural Lash Artist
For a long time, I tied my self-worth to how I looked on the outside.
I could see the version of myself I wanted to become : confident, steady, grounded, but I didn’t know how to get there. I struggled with all-or-nothing habits, self-doubt, and feeling disconnected from myself.
My turning point wasn’t a single moment.
It was a series of small, gentle shifts made day by day.
I started practicing self-connection through meditation, journaling, intentional movement, and giving myself space to actually be with myself. Over time, those small actions helped me feel more steady, clear, and rooted from within.
That personal growth also showed up in my work.
As a lash artist, I spent hours with women, listening to what they were navigating in their lives. I realized that the conversations were never just about lashes. They were about how they felt, what they were carrying, and who they wanted to become.
That’s when I understood that beauty and self-connection go hand in hand.
Now, I support women not just in how they look, but in how they feel about themselves on the inside.
My coaching approach is gentle, supportive, and grounded in helping you build trust with yourself, one step at a time.
